Kris joined CrossFit Fife in 2018 and started coaching in 2021. He joined CrossFit to help with his fitness for racing, he used to race downhill and enduro mountain bikes at top UK domestic level. Kris still goes out on his mountain bikes occasionally but it’s just for fun these days! He also does a lot of events on his trials motorbike at the weekends. Kris’s real focus is on the progression of his CrossFit performance. He makes lifting heavy weights look really easily!
Kris is a really humble guy with a great coaching style. He is very approachable and happy to help anyone that is really looking to progress in their fitness goals. He loves being a coach and helping other people achieve the goals that they are chasing.
